If your purchase isn't suitable you can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
All we ask is that the item/s are in their original condition, unworn and undamaged with their tags still intact.
Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return and refund.
Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account.
How do I return an item?
You can find all of the information to make a hassle-free return within your parcel.
If you have mislaid your invoice, please enclose a note within your parcel detailing your full name, address and order number.
Your order number can be found by logging into your account or by checking your order confirmation email.
Please take your return parcel to your local Post Office or a courier of your choice. Ensure you receive proof of postage. We recommend tracked delivery.
Please note that we don’t cover your shipping costs so your refund will be for the garments you are returning only.

We're sorry we can't exchange items as our stock moves fast and we may not have your choice in stock. We recommend that you return the item you don't want and make a new order for your chosen item.
We ask that the item/s you are returning are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached.
Please be careful when trying on garments. We cannot refund items that are marked.

We strongly recommend sending your parcel back to us using a tracked service, so you can follow its journey back to Julie Loves.
